The immediate calendar
The USMNT does not play a competitive fixture until November. FIFA combined the September and October international windows into a single extended camp, meaning national teams will have their players for a longer continuous stretch than usual โ a window that runs from roughly September 21 to October 6. That block will be used for friendlies against opposition still to be finalised, but sources around the federation suggest at least one South American opponent and one European fixture, with Copa Amรฉrica preparation for continental sides shaping availability.
November: Nations League returns
The CONCACAF Nations League quarter-finals arrive in November, and the USMNT enters with a bye to that stage as one of the four top-ranked CONCACAF nations โ a status the federation shares with Mexico, Canada and Panama.
